About Us
The company started its journey in 1982.
The factory is in Kanaipur, Faridpur covering a land area of 17.85 acres.
The factory building is approx. 140,000 sft – split in 2 Units. In addition, there are raw Jute warehouses, assorting sheds, finished goods godowns, Office & residential buildings.
We presently have approx. 75 staffs & officers combined at the Mill site & the Head Office (located in Gulshan, Dhaka).
The total workforce is around 1,500.
The Mill started with 7 spinning frames, but currently has 57 spinning frames – all James Mackie & Sons, Northern Ireland; always bought brand new at various times in the last 40 years.
Current output is approx. 12,000 metric tons per annum. The Mill runs 3 shifts (8 hours/shift) x 300 days/year; i.e. @ 40mt/day.
